Long Screenshots
Section titled “Long Screenshots”Turn full-page website screenshots, chat logs, and scrolling captures into shareable chunks.
Common Use Cases

Capturing Long Screenshots
Section titled “Capturing Long Screenshots”On macOS
Section titled “On macOS”Built-in Screenshot (macOS Sequoia):
- Press ⌘⇧5
- Click Options → Capture Entire Page
- Select browser window
- Screenshot saves as scrolling capture
Third-party tools:
- CleanShot X — Scrolling capture with annotation
- Xnapper — Beautiful screenshot tool
- Shottr — Free scrolling capture
On iOS
Section titled “On iOS”- Take a screenshot (Side + Volume)
- Tap preview in corner
- Select Full Page tab
- Save as PDF or share
In Browsers
Section titled “In Browsers”Chrome:
- DevTools (⌘⌥I)
- ⌘⇧P → “Capture full size screenshot”
Firefox:
- Right-click → “Take Screenshot”
- Select “Save full page”
Safari:
- Show Web Inspector (⌘⌥I)
- Click page element
- Right-click → “Capture Screenshot”
Processing with ImageChunker

- Drop your long screenshot onto the window
- Source panel shows the full capture
Choose Your Mode
Section titled “Choose Your Mode”Smart Mode (Recommended): Best for content with natural sections:
- Web pages with distinct sections
- Chat messages (splits between messages)
- Documents with headings
Regular Mode: Best for uniform content:
- Code screenshots
- Plain text documents
- Continuous content
Configure Settings

- Text cut mid-sentence
- UI elements split awkwardly
- Important content at edges
If Smart mode makes poor choices:
- Try adjusting sensitivity
- Or switch to Regular with specific height

- Use a consistent width — Same window size each time
For Web Pages

- Disable animations — Freeze moving content
- Consider dark mode — Sometimes cleaner screenshots
- Remove popups — Cookie banners, chat widgets
For Chat Logs
Section titled “For Chat Logs”- Scroll to top first — Capture from beginning
- Use native app — Better quality than web
- Consistent theme — Light or dark throughout
- Blur sensitive info — Before chunking if needed
For Code
Section titled “For Code”- Use proper syntax highlighting — Easier to read
- Consistent line length — Avoid wrapping
- Include line numbers — For reference
- Dark themes work well — Less harsh for readers
Batch Processing Screenshots
Section titled “Batch Processing Screenshots”When you have many screenshots:

Name them consistently
